New study shows homeopathy worthless
The National Health and Medical Research Council of Australia recently released their results of an investigation into homeopathy and homeopathic claims finding it to be nothing more than junk science and medical quackery. They warn the public:
“Homeopathy should not be used to treat health conditions that are chronic, serious, or could become serious. People who choose homeopathy may put their health at risk if they reject or delay treatments for which there is good evidence for safety and effectiveness.”

They claim that certain natural objects are too complex and must arise from an intelligent action. The argument is that since a watch is too complicated to arise naturally and requires a designer, than so to must a living cell need a designer. Most of us, with the exception of the Discovery Institute and Republican presidential candidates, have realized early in our development that populations of watches do not have genetic material nor do they reproduce.
This blog’s goal is to be politically neutral and and scientifically biased. We are skeptical of all data and conclusions, even our own, and will attempt to self correct as new information becomes available. After all,
The Earth was here before you were, and will be here afterward. It is approximately a sphere and revolves around the sun, which warms its surface. It exists independent of any one person’s reality, and is part of the raw data of objective reality. The warmth you feel on a sunny day is subjective. Others may find the day a little too hot, or a little chilly. ‘It’s cold outside’ is a subjective observation.
Michele Marie Bachmann receives an Out of Touch with Reality posting for her statements on intelleigent design. Michele is a former member of the United States House of Representatives, who represented Minnesota’s 6th congressional district. Michele Bachmann is skeptical of evolution and said students should be taught the theory of intelligent design.
